Drafts, templates, and checklists
The message builder, copy buttons, and checklist downloads work in your browser. We do not submit their entries to a server or save them in browser storage. A copy action puts text on your device’s clipboard; a download saves a file on your device. Leaving or refreshing the page can clear your entries.
When you choose a retail referral
The separate retail requirement form sends the details you enter to Parker & Associates, Inc. only when you submit it and agree to the referral. It collects your business, use, preferred location, size, budget, timing, name, email, optional phone, and notes so the brokerage can respond.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes form requests. The requirement is delivered through the brokerage’s Discord inquiry channel, where people with channel access can read it. The form does not enroll you in a mailing list. Please do not include sensitive documents or tenant account records.
Hosting and delivery information
Providers may process IP addresses, requests, performance measurements, and security logs to operate their services. A temporary hashed IP identifier limits repeated referral submissions. Fonts are served with the site. We have not added advertising pixels or a newsletter signup.
Requests about your information
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of a submitted requirement. We will review the request with the brokerage and explain any record that needs to be retained. Sites linked from TenantTxt have their own privacy practices.
